mykyara.ai is operated by Mass Tort Ad Agency LLC, based in Orlando, Florida. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our AI assistant service.
2. Information We Collect
Account Information: Email address, name, and payment information (processed by Lemon Squeezy — we do not store credit card numbers).
Profile Information: During onboarding, Rose collects personal details you choose to share, including your name, location, work information, family details, preferences, contacts, and schedule. This information is stored to personalize your experience.
Conversation Data: Messages you exchange with AI agents are stored to provide conversation memory and continuity.
Usage Data: We track credit usage, message counts, and feature usage to manage billing and improve the service.
Communication Data: If you use SMS or voice features, phone numbers and call/text metadata are processed through our telephony provider (Twilio).
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and personalize the AI assistant service
- To process payments and manage your credit balance
- To maintain conversation history and context across sessions
- To send service-related notifications (low credit alerts, feature updates)
- To improve the service and fix issues
- To comply with legal obligations
4. How We Store Your Data
Your data is stored on Cloudflare's global infrastructure using their D1 database service. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Conversation data is retained as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate mykyara.ai:
- Cloudflare — Hosting, database, and content delivery
- OpenRouter — AI model routing (conversations are processed through their API)
- Lemon Squeezy — Payment processing
- Twilio — SMS and voice call services
- ElevenLabs — Voice synthesis for voice call features
- Google Places API — Business search and information
- Brave Search / Tavily — Web search capabilities
Each third-party service has its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them.
6. AI Model Processing
Your conversations are sent to AI model providers (via OpenRouter) to generate responses. We use models from Anthropic (Claude), Google (Gemini), and others. These providers may process your messages according to their own data policies. We do not use your conversations to train AI models.
7. What We Don't Do
- We do not sell your personal information to third parties
- We do not use your data for advertising
- We do not share your conversations with other users
- We do not use your data to train AI models
8. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your data — request a copy of what we store about you
- Correct inaccurate information in your profile
- Delete your account and all associated data
- Export your conversation history

9. Data Retention
We retain your data as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will delete all personal data within 30 days. Anonymized usage statistics may be retained for analytics purposes.
10. Children's Privacy
mykyara.ai is not intended for use by anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
