Refund Policy

The short version: If you're not happy within 14 days, we'll refund you. No questions asked. We want you to love Rose — if you don't, you shouldn't pay for her.

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a full refund on your initial agent purchase (Rose Starter at $49 or Rose + Voice & SMS at $97) within 14 days of the purchase date. No questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@mykyara.ai with your purchase email address and we will process your refund within 3–5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Credit Pack Top-Ups

Credit packs purchased after your initial purchase ($10, $25, $50, or $100 top-ups) are refundable if no credits from that pack have been consumed. If credits have been partially used, we will refund the unused portion on a pro-rata basis.

What's Not Refundable

Credits that have already been consumed (used for AI conversations, SMS, voice calls, or phone agent calls)
Purchases made more than 14 days ago

Disputes

If you have a billing dispute or believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us at support@mykyara.ai and we'll resolve it within 48 hours. We'd rather make it right than lose your trust.
